New dedicated massage therapist

We now have a dedicated massage therapist at the clinic to cater for all your massage needs, whether its a back massage, relaxing anti stress massage or deep sports type massage you can book in for an hour or half hour session.
We now offer a massage service. We find many of our existing patients can prevent flair ups of their condition, if they have massage on a fairly regular basis. We are in the unique position as your physiotherapist of knowing how your body works, how you respond to treatment, and what your body needs. So it makes more sense to book this with us, as the massage is more likely to address your problems effectively.
Massage helps with:
  • Joint and muscle stiffness
  • Reduction of trigger points
  • Pain, from muscles, joints, fascia, ligaments, and tendons.
  • Physical and physiological stress
  • Discomfort after sports, or physical hard work
  • Pain from poor posture
  • Improvement to skin and muscle circulation and tone
  • Lymphatic drainage
  • Ideal as a preventative follow up treatment, after a course of Physio.
  • Please see our facebook page for our winter special offers.

Appointments are available for 30 or 40 minute, depending on the area treated and your specific requirements. You don’t have to be an existing patient to book an appointment.

After treatment the muscles and joints will feel more mobile and relaxed and the skin warm and tingly.

"I cannot praise Jane highly enough, she is knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. I always feel at ease with her. I have seen other therapists and have spent days in bed afterwards in pain, but Jane always knows exactly what is needed for both myself and my husband."
